About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with sales team and clients to understand cybersecurity requirements
- Lead scoping and discovery calls for penetration testing and cybersecurity consultancy engagements
- Identify relevant risks and shape realistic testing approaches
- Provide delivery teams with scoped rationale for execution
- Attend industry events and partner engagements as a technical representative
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of English
- 2+ Years experience in scoping penetration testing, red teaming or offensive security consulting
- Strong practical understanding of common testing domains (e.g., web applications, cloud services, network infrastructure, workstation security)
- Experience estimating testing effort and defining realistic engagement scopes
- Demonstrable client-facing experience
- Confidence in asking clarifying questions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry trends
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Consultative approach with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
