About the role

  • Ensuring the technical integration of market communication and other interfaces
  • Operating and maintaining SAP systems and selected peripheral systems in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs
  • Performing technical and functional monitoring and initiating improvement measures
  • Serving as the point of contact for our customers on energy industry processes
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in IT or the energy sector
  • Experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, particularly in integrating interfaces and third-party systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux
  • Understanding of energy industry processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial workflows)
  • Desirable: experience with SAP customizing
  • Enjoyment of teamwork, solution-oriented thinking and continuous personal development
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
