• Ensure the smooth operation of our SAP IS‑U systems and connected subsystems (1st–3rd level support)
• Analyze issues, perform troubleshooting and optimize performance in the SAP environment
• Technical and functional monitoring (SAP IS‑U, B2B, EDIFACT converter)
• Conduct health checks and perform daily system monitoring
• Serve as a point of contact for our customers on energy-sector processes
• Contribute to process optimizations and improvements of internal workflows
