About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, business opportunities and client needs to support Sebrae RS's strategic actions;
- Provide specialized technical consulting and guidance to businesses and partners, assessing their needs and proposing solutions that contribute to their growth and competitiveness;
- Actively prospect clients and partners, develop engagement strategies, build relationships and present customized solutions aimed at meeting the organization's targets;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Sebrae RS projects and programs aligned with market and client needs;
- Prepare and present reports, economic feasibility studies, business plans and results of activities developed for entrepreneurs and partners, assisting them in strategic decision-making and/or strengthening partnerships;
- Plan and coordinate relationship strategies with partners, government agencies and private entities to strengthen partnerships, create business opportunities and expand the reach of Sebrae RS's initiatives;
- Promote networking among entrepreneurs, connecting them with potential partners, suppliers and investors;
- Participate in strategic meetings and events representing Sebrae RS and establishing connections with clients and partners;
- Actively participate in forums, events and working groups related to entrepreneurship, representing Sebrae RS and contributing to the strengthening of the ecosystem;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and programs developed, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements;
- Stay up to date on market trends and innovations, continuously seeking professional development and disseminating best practices;
- Facilitate connections between clients and partners, enabling the exchange of experiences and the creation of business opportunities;
- Build and strengthen a network of relationships with key stakeholders, such as business owners, financial institutions, educational institutions and trade associations, in order to expand Sebrae RS's reach and influence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in business, entrepreneurship or related areas.
- Experience in institutional articulation; client prospecting and relationship management; business consulting and guidance; market mapping and analysis.
- Business management skills, with critical analysis and strategic vision; knowledge of government policies and programs related to entrepreneurship; techniques for business consulting and guidance; up-to-date knowledge of entrepreneurial market trends and practices; MS Office proficiency.
- Must possess a Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category B.
