About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Propose and define new projects, considering the target segment based on market research or demand;
Develop and manage medium-complexity projects, working with multidisciplinary teams;
Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, schedule, budget, and required resources;
Secure corporate and public/private funding, ensuring efficient management of available resources;
Monitor project performance, track indicators, and implement corrective actions when necessary;
Conduct feasibility, risk, and impact analyses for projects, proposing mitigation strategies;
Define methodologies, processes, and tools used in project management;
Lead meetings and working groups, presenting ideas and insights;
Prospect, acquire, and manage clients and partners;
Measure and prepare monitoring and evaluation reports for projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, International Relations, Advertising, Economics, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in project management, business, or related areas.
Experience in: Project management, working on medium-complexity projects; securing corporate and public/private funding and ensuring efficient resource management; prospecting, acquiring, and managing clients and partners to maintain solid, long-term relationships.
Specific knowledge: Project management methodologies and tools; proficiency in preparing detailed project plans; regional development strategies; familiarity with best practices and trends in project management; Microsoft Office suite.
Driver's license (CNH), category B.
