Relationship Analyst II – Client Relations
SEBRAE RSPerform market analysis, build client relationships and promote entrepreneurship at Sebrae RS. Engage with businesses to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem for growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, business opportunities and client needs to support Sebrae RS’s strategic actions
- Provide specialized technical consultancy and guidance to businesses and partners, assessing their needs and proposing solutions that contribute to their growth and competitiveness
- Proactively prospect clients and partners, develop approach strategies, build relationships and present tailored solutions aimed at meeting the organization’s targets
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Sebrae RS projects and programs, aligned with market and client needs
- Prepare and present reports, economic feasibility studies, business plans and reports on the results of implemented actions to entrepreneurs and partners, assisting them in strategic decision-making and/or strengthening partnerships
- Plan and coordinate relationship strategies with partners, government agencies and private entities to strengthen partnerships, create business opportunities and expand the reach of Sebrae RS activities
- Facilitate networking among entrepreneurs by connecting them with potential partners, suppliers and investors
- Attend strategic meetings and events representing Sebrae RS and establishing connections with clients and partners
- Actively participate in forums, events and working groups related to entrepreneurship, representing Sebrae RS and contributing to the strengthening of the ecosystem
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and programs developed, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements
- Stay up to date on market trends and innovations, continuously pursuing professional development and sharing best practices
- Promote connections between clients and partners, facilitating the exchange of experiences and the creation of business opportunities
- Build and strengthen a network of relationships with key stakeholders such as business owners, financial institutions, educational institutions and trade associations to broaden Sebrae RS’s reach and influence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or related fields
- Additional qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in business, entrepreneurship or related areas
- Experience in institutional liaison and stakeholder engagement
- Client prospecting and relationship management
- Business consulting and advisory, market mapping and analysis
- Business management with critical analysis skills and strategic vision
- Knowledge of government policies and programs related to entrepreneurship
- Consulting and business advisory techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of entrepreneurial market trends and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH), category B
