About the role
- Propose and define new projects, considering the target segment.
- Develop and manage medium-complexity projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including definition of scope, schedule, budget and required resources.
- Secure funding from companies and from public and private entities.
- Monitor project performance by tracking indicators.
- Conduct feasibility, risk and impact analyses for projects.
- Define the methodologies, processes and tools used in project management.
- Lead meetings and working groups.
- Measure and prepare project monitoring and evaluation reports.
- Establish strategic partnerships with institutions and companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, International Relations, Advertising, Economics or related fields.
- Additional qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in project management, business or related areas.
- Experience in project management, working on medium-complexity projects.
- Experience securing resources from companies and from public and private entities.
- Experience in prospecting, acquiring and managing clients and partners.
- Specific knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience preparing detailed project plans.
- Knowledge of regional development strategies.
- Familiarity with project management best practices and trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Possession of a valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH), category B, is required.
