About the role
- Articulate public policies and education ecosystems with a focus on local and regional development;
- Foster closer relationships between Sebrae RS and strategic partners in municipalities, local leaders, organizations, and public and private entities;
- Establish partnerships and build mutually beneficial relationships that create a network of partners and clients for territorial development;
- Enable implementation of the strategies defined for the territory through coordination with public, private, and third-sector institutions;
- Strengthen the strategy of working with municipal governance, integrating and mobilizing other areas with an emphasis on entrepreneurship;
- Encourage the leadership of local actors, emphasizing the development and reinforcement of local governance structures;
- Identify connection points between priority areas and implement strategies with a cross-cutting approach;
- Propose, execute, and monitor actions focused on growth opportunities and new partnerships;
- Provide specialized technical consulting and guidance to public-sector partners, assessing their needs and proposing solutions that contribute to their growth and competitiveness;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Sebrae RS projects and programs aligned with market needs and public-sector partners;
- Prepare and present reports, strategic plan studies, and results of activities carried out for public-sector partners, assisting them in strategic decision-making and/or partnership strengthening;
- Promote networking among public-sector bodies by connecting them with potential partners, suppliers, and investors;
- Attend meetings and strategic events representing Sebrae RS and establishing connections with clients and partners;
- Actively participate in forums, events, and working groups related to entrepreneurship, representing Sebrae RS and contributing to the strengthening of the ecosystem;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and programs developed, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements;
- Stay up to date on market trends and innovations, continuously seeking professional development and disseminating best practices;
- Create and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as business owners, financial institutions, and trade associations to expand partnership opportunities for the public sector and increase Sebrae RS's influence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related fields.
- Additional desirable qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Public Policy, Government Management, or related areas.
- Experience in: institutional articulation, relationship management, and client prospecting; public policy articulation; education ecosystems; or local development.
- Specific knowledge: business environment; public policies and regional development strategies; dynamics and actors involved in education and entrepreneurship ecosystems; public sector and government policies related to entrepreneurship and economic development; Microsoft Office suite.
- Mandatory: valid Brazilian National Driving License (CNH), category B.
