About the role

  • Propose and define new projects.
  • Develop and manage medium-complexity projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans.
  • Secure funding from corporate and public/private entities.
  • Monitor project performance, conducting feasibility, risk, and impact analyses.
  • Lead meetings and working groups.
  • Measure and prepare project monitoring and evaluation reports.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required: Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Science (Zootechnics).
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related areas.
  • Experience in project management and resource mobilization; prospecting, securing, and managing clients and partners.
  • Specific knowledge: Project Management methodologies and tools, development of project plans, regional development strategies.
  • Familiarity with best practices and trends in Project Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess a valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category B.
