About the role
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, business opportunities, and customer needs to support Sebrae RS's strategic actions
- Provide specialized advisory and technical guidance to businesses and partners, assessing their needs and proposing solutions that contribute to growth and competitiveness
- Actively prospect clients and partners, develop outreach strategies, build relationships, and present customized solutions to meet the organization's targets
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Sebrae RS projects and programs aligned with market and client needs
- Prepare and present reports, economic feasibility studies, business plans, and results of implemented initiatives
- Plan and coordinate relationship strategies with partners, government bodies, and private entities
- Foster networking among entrepreneurs
- Attend and represent Sebrae RS at strategic meetings and events
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and programs implemented
- Stay up to date on market trends and innovations
- Promote connections between clients and partners
- Create and strengthen a network of relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Additional qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in business, entrepreneurship, or related areas
- Experience in institutional engagement and partnership building
- Experience in client prospecting
- Experience in relationship management
- Experience in business consulting and advisory, and in market mapping and analysis
- Specific knowledge in business management, with critical analytical skills and strategic vision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of trends and practices in the entrepreneurial market
- Familiarity with government policies and programs related to entrepreneurship
- Knowledge of business consulting and advisory techniques
- Must possess a valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Carteira Nacional de Habilitação - CNH), category B.
