Modernizing existing systems and contributing to SEB’s strategic Payment Roadmap
Ensuring system reliability, performance, and resilience under high load
Driving engineering best practices and code quality improvements
Contributing to architectural decisions and solution design
Supporting CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and operational excellence

Requirements

Professional experience with C# and .NET Core, building production-grade systems
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with Kafka, messaging systems, or streaming technologies
Good knowledge of MS SQL and performance-focused database design
Experience working with containerized solutions (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional Agile team
Fluency in English
Bonus points if you also have experience in high-load or business-critical financial systems
Familiarity with payment standards or banking integrations
Experience with observability, monitoring, or SRE-aligned practices
