About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment plans
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and offer negotiations‑
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Stay up to date with labour market trends and talent acquisition best practices, continuously improving recruitment approaches
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role
- Experience using personality or psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process
- Solid understanding of full‑cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience with a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise, manage multiple recruitments, and work effectively both independently and in a team
