About the role

  • Source and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards and LinkedIn
  • Actively approach passive candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Communicate with candidates: initial outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within applicant tracking systems
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition, Customer Relations, Sales or similar areas
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, CVbankas, CV Online is a strong advantage
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Structured & detail-oriented person
  • Ability to manage your time & prioritize incoming tasks flow
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
