About the role
- Source and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards and LinkedIn
- Actively approach passive candidates and build talent pipelines
- Communicate with candidates: initial outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within applicant tracking systems
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition, Customer Relations, Sales or similar areas
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, CVbankas, CV Online is a strong advantage
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Structured & detail-oriented person
- Ability to manage your time & prioritize incoming tasks flow
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
