About the role
- Design target architecture and roadmaps to transform legacy solutions to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure compliance with BCBS 239, DORA, and related regulatory traceability requirements.
- Enhance data analytics capabilities, moving beyond traditional reporting.
- Produce architectural designs for initiatives, define solution intent, assess trade-offs, and create comprehensive solution architecture documentation, in line with the business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of solution architecture, work closely together with tech leads in system design and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned to the domain architecture.
Requirements
- Experience working with architecture including business architecture.
- Solid knowledge of financial and risk management processes within financial institutions to design solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Proficiency in using ArchiMate for modeling and documentation.
- Competence in cloud environments, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse methodologies and architecture, including data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Experience in building Business Intelligence and data analytics capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proven leadership skills to guide teams, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to both business and IT professionals.
- Fluency in English.
