Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum four (4) years experience with progressive responsibility in a role involving or related to patient financial counseling, patient customer service or scheduling, or prior authorization
Two or more years in a Family Service Representative, Scheduling, or related Insurance Processing role with emphasis on DSHS eligibility rules
Familiarity with other cultures/bilingual
