About the role
- Coordinate funding for future and current cases while promoting Seattle Children's mission and policies
- Assist families with addressing their funding concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum four (4) years experience with progressive responsibility in a role involving or related to patient financial counseling, patient customer service or scheduling, or prior authorization
- Two or more years in a Family Service Representative, Scheduling, or related Insurance Processing role with emphasis on DSHS eligibility rules
- Familiarity with other cultures/bilingual
