About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services in the Urgent Cares.
Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
Support both the Seattle and Federal Way locations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
A Master’s degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in another field.
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Current Washington State RN license.
National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment.
Current Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS).
