About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services in the Urgent Cares.
- Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support both the Seattle and Federal Way locations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- A Master’s degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in another field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Current Washington State RN license.
- National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment.
- Current Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS).
