About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services in the Urgent Cares
  • Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs
  • Maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Current Washington State RN license
  • National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment
  • Current Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
