About the role
- responsible for the full scope of provider compensation activities, including design, analysis, implementation, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational support
- providing guidance and support to the Provider Comp Analyst
- accountable for both strategic and transactional components of the provider compensation function under the direction of the Provider Comp Manager
- partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure market-aligned, compliant, timely, accurate, and equitable compensation practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive compensation experience within a health system or 3 years in management consulting focused on provider or physician compensation
- Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of a compensation function, preferably as a sole contributor
- Preferred Master’s degree (MBA, MHA)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
