💰 $97,665 - $146,497 per year

About the role

  • supporting provider compensation activities within defined parameters as led by the Sr. Provider Comp Analyst
  • design, analysis, implementation, and day-to-day CEP operational support
  • serve as part of the CEP Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Provider Compensation
  • partner closely with the CEP Operations Program Manager, the People and Culture Director of Compensation, Finance, Legal, Provider Leadership, and Medical Staff Services to ensure market-aligned, compliant, and equitable compensation practices across all provider roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive compensation experience within a complex health system or at least 1 year in management consulting focused on provider or physician compensation
  • Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of a compensation function, preferably as a sole contributor
  • Preferred Master’s degree (MBA, MHA)
