About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with key stakeholders and end users to support the day-to-day operation of Workday Payroll and related payroll systems and processes
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system and payroll-related issues, including root-cause analysis and timely resolution
- Provide ongoing production support, including system configuration, testing, business process administration, and data validation
- Partner with Benefits, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain system effectiveness, ensure compliance, improve processes, and enhance the employee and end-user experience
- Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and other projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Information Services environment
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies
- Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities
- Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline
- Experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems
