About the role

  • Manage the development and prioritization of new product experiences within the CD Valet product suite
  • Lead a team of designers, engineers, data analysts, and quality assurance associates in order to facilitate the creation and implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Analyze product requests from internal and external customers to establish appropriate product roadmap and necessary backlog
  • Prioritize workstreams, manage trade-offs, and maintain stakeholder communication regarding timeline and delivery statuses
  • In collaboration with the Head of Product, define the product vision and strategy in order to meet company goals
  • Monitor and drive product adoption, working with go-to-market team members to create impactful launch strategies and ensure customer success
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and other team members to ensure aligned execution
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our CD marketplace continues to not only meet but exceed expectations in performance, security, and compliance
  • Participate in regular meetings to provide updates and strategize for future success
  • Travel as needed with the team to help represent CD Valet at events

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of product or program management experience with a financial services background strongly preferred
  • Agile methodology knowledge or background
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment where you will wear many hats
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with high level attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps
  • Strong data analysis and market research skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to articulate product vision
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
