About the role
- Manage the development and prioritization of new product experiences within the CD Valet product suite
- Lead a team of designers, engineers, data analysts, and quality assurance associates in order to facilitate the creation and implementation of new features and enhancements
- Analyze product requests from internal and external customers to establish appropriate product roadmap and necessary backlog
- Prioritize workstreams, manage trade-offs, and maintain stakeholder communication regarding timeline and delivery statuses
- In collaboration with the Head of Product, define the product vision and strategy in order to meet company goals
- Monitor and drive product adoption, working with go-to-market team members to create impactful launch strategies and ensure customer success
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and other team members to ensure aligned execution
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our CD marketplace continues to not only meet but exceed expectations in performance, security, and compliance
- Participate in regular meetings to provide updates and strategize for future success
- Travel as needed with the team to help represent CD Valet at events
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of product or program management experience with a financial services background strongly preferred
- Agile methodology knowledge or background
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment where you will wear many hats
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high level attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps
- Strong data analysis and market research skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to articulate product vision
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
