About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the SeatGeek design team and product managers to bring ideas to life through AI-powered features
Mentor and grow web engineers across the organization
Develop AI features and use AI development tools
Contribute to the maturity of the front-end technology strategy and stack, with a focus on generative AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, having led product initiatives end-to-end in recent years, preferably with user-facing AI
Exceptional grasp of TypeScript/JavaScript
Familiarity with at least one modern framework and client-side rendering technique
UI and product instincts, including building inclusive and accessible experiences
Ability to work deeper into the stack to untangle caching inefficiencies and troubleshoot distributed systems
Ability to use monitoring and testing to assess performance changes
Ability to architect for performance and maintainability
Comfort working full stack in Python when needed
Some experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Experience with the listed stack is not required; tools can be learned
