Requirements

  • Experience building business critical software in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience solving complex technical challenges, including high traffic onsales, interactive venue maps, inventory tracking, and event matching
  • Passion for software craftsmanship and product
  • A product mindset; think beyond the code about user experience and business impact
  • Commitment to teammates; enjoy working with a diverse group of people and take pride in mentoring and learning from others
  • Familiarity with Python and FastAPI
  • Familiarity with Go
  • Familiarity with C# and .NET Core
  • Experience with Postgres, Memcached/Redis, and Elasticsearch
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), and Argo
  • Experience with GitLab version control
  • Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code
  • Experience with Datadog (observability)
  • Familiarity with client-side technologies React and TypeScript, Swift, or Kotlin
