About the role

  • Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload
  • Start at 15+ sessions/week
  • Ramp toward 24+ sessions/week for full-time benefits
  • Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision (at no cost)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Currently registered (or eligible within 60 days) as: RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI
  • Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM)
  • Commitment to building a steady caseload of 15+ sessions/week with our referral support
  • Strong engagement in supervision and professional development
