About the role
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, effectively managing a caseload of 25 clients per week.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based therapies through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Eligibility for Associate Therapist licensure in California.
- Experience in a clinical or counseling setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
