Revenue Enablement Specialist
SearoutesSales Enablement Specialist equipping Searoutes’ sales team with tools and resources to drive revenue. Focused on deal acceleration, demo enablement, and partner alignment in a logistics-focused role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain deal acceleration assets: proposal templates, ROI calculators, competitive battlecards, case studies, and technical FAQs
- Maintain a current demo environment and create discovery question frameworks
- Own HubSpot reporting and analyze pipeline velocity, communicating insights to the team
- Write and iterate outbound sequences for SDR agency, tracking performance metrics
- Create co-sell materials for partners to position Searoutes effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in business process management
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or sustainability sectors is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of HubSpot and analytics dashboards
