About the role

  • Manage the inbound pipeline, qualifying leads entering the initial sales stages.
  • Execute discovery calls to target hot prospects.
  • Reach out to your existing network to drive new sales.
  • Work with marketing to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Present Searoutes product portfolio and lead POCs
  • Participate in partner and industry events
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Manage and own the sales life cycle until close

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight tech is a bonus
