About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with different departments during configuration and implementation.
Gather and document business and reporting requirements (BRDs, workflows, gap analysis).
Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
Support financial reporting design and validation.
Work closely with stakeholders to define: report requirements, data mapping.
Ensure data accuracy during system transition and testing phases.
Participate in system and integration testing.
Support UAT with users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Ability to learn new ERP platforms independently
Understanding of system configuration, master data, and transactional flows
Experience supporting or working on integrations between two systems
Manufacturing type industry experience is required
Strong understanding of end to end business cycles: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R)
Ability to map business processes and identify gaps
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (A/R, A/P, inventory, etc.)
Ability to trace transactions from operational steps through to GL posting
Experience with GL mapping, account structures, and financial data validation
Experience with data mapping between systems
Ability to validate financial data flowing from one system to another
Understanding of APIs, file transfers, or middleware at a functional level
Requirements gathering and documentation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Comfortable working with partially completed requirements or legacy processes.
Self starter who learns independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity and drive tasks forward.
