About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the onboarding email and in-app messaging sequences for new trial users and new customers.
  • Build and manage ongoing email nurture programs that keep users engaged with the platform.
  • Create upsell and upgrade campaigns for users.
  • Build early-warning systems that identify at-risk accounts based on engagement signals.
  • Own the lifecycle marketing tech stack.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io, Braze, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Experience with segmentation and personalization.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
