Lifecycle Marketer Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the onboarding email and in-app messaging sequences for new trial users and new customers.
- Build and manage ongoing email nurture programs that keep users engaged with the platform.
- Create upsell and upgrade campaigns for users.
- Build early-warning systems that identify at-risk accounts based on engagement signals.
- Own the lifecycle marketing tech stack.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io, Braze, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Experience with segmentation and personalization.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
