About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and onboard high-fit SaaS affiliates and B2B influencers
- Cultivate long-term partnerships through custom deal structures, tiered payouts, and exclusive incentive programs
- Analyze and refine partner campaigns to maximize revenue
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tracking, attribution, and payouts
- Proactively detect and shut down fraud, coupon abuse, and unauthorized brand bidding
- Maintain a clear view of the partner pipeline and provide detailed reports on revenue contribution to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience specifically within the SEO or AI marketing field
- Proficiency with FirstPromoter (or similar affiliate platforms), HubSpot, and Stripe
- Strong ability to navigate GA4 to track attribution and partner performance
- Comfortable using AI/LLM tooling to automate outreach, analyze data, or streamline content collaboration
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work seamlessly across Slack and other async environments.
