About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities
Perform monthly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate and timely bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Manage and reconcile Stripe, PayPal, and other payment platforms
Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Maintain clean and audit-ready financials
Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity in QBO
Support financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Assist in improving and documenting accounting processes and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Proven experience with multi-entity accounting environments & SAAS Company
Solid knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting
Experience with Stripe and PayPal reconciliations
Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Fluent English (written and spoken).
