About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define Executable Intent: Craft goals, constraints, and context for AI agents
- Orchestrate Delivery: Use Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Cursor to generate prototypes
- Own the vision for major product pod, managing workflows in GitLab
- Leverage tools to process customer feedback and identify product moves
- Analyze large SEO datasets using SQL and Python
- Build structured prompts to validate LLM-generated insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years as a Technical PM in SaaS with focus on AI/LLM orchestration
- Mastery of SQL (complex queries) and Python (data analysis/scripting)
- Proven ability to build products and prototypes using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agent frameworks
- Deep comfort with GitLab workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and branching strategies
- Ability to write 'executable intent' and test cases rather than just business requirements
