Financial Operations Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage financial documentation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process and execute payments through online banking platforms.
- Prepare financial summaries and perform primary financial analysis.
- Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Review, prepare, and control invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and manage service payments, ensuring all obligations are paid on time.
- Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial and payment-related questions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with financial data and reports.
- Experience with online banking systems and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Fluent Russian (written and spoken) is required.
- English at an intermediate level or higher, as you'll collaborate with an international team.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of your responsibilities.
