About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities within a Federal cybersecurity environment
- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions supporting RMF, cybersecurity workflows, and authorization package lifecycle activities
- Configure IRM/GRC applications, CAM Workspace, Service Catalog items, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications
- Develop custom applications, tables, automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
- Support Employee Center portal configuration, data migration activities, UAT, deployments, and documentation
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM activities and provide training and knowledge transfer support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or CAM implementations
- Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Service Catalog
- Experience building custom ServiceNow applications and supporting RMF, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management workflows
- Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, or Workspace development
- Experience with CSV/JSON data imports and transformation maps
- Strong Agile, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications (Preferred)
