About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the commercial team in technical and sales meetings;
Gather customer needs and requirements;
Prepare technical and commercial presentations;
Develop technical proposals and solution specifications;
Assist with proofs of concept (POC) and equipment demonstrations;
Support deployment projects for corporate mobility solutions;
Perform testing, validation and certification of devices and applications;
Maintain technical relationships with manufacturers and partners;
Prepare technical documentation, visit reports and meeting minutes;
Monitor trends and new technologies in the corporate mobility market.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Wi‑Fi concepts
Familiarity with Android and Windows operating systems
Experience with corporate mobility devices
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Microsoft Office proficiency
Technical English for reading manuals and documentation is a plus
Familiarity with solutions from manufacturers such as Zebra Technologies, Honeywell, Datalogic and Asian devices
Experience in technical support or system implementations
Basic knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP or warehouse/logistics automation
Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management).
