About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing team
- Build strategic talent pipelines and hire best-in-class talent
- Act as the primary point of contact for external temp agencies
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings
- Perform candidate outreach, interviews, and scheduling
- Ensure an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate closely with Employee Experience, Benefits & Compliance for onboarding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience working in a recruiter role with a focus on filling industrial and manufacturing skillsets
- Experience utilizing an ATS for candidate tracking and compliance
- A ferocious attention to detail
- Comfortable interviewing in-person and on video
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Flexible and openness to doing things differently
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Team player committed to building a positive environment
- Self-motivated with superior time management, multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products
