Design, develop, and evaluate AI-powered prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions
Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise engineering platforms, such as Windchill PLM, JIRA, TPM, and other business systems
Develop AI orchestration workflows that leverage multiple engineering systems and data sources to automate and streamline complex business processes
Assist with data preparation, system integration, validation, and end-to-end testing of AI solutions
Collaborate with IT leads, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions
Document designs, implementation approaches, test results, and lessons learned to support solution adoption and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior undergraduate, Master's, or PhD student
Major in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Data Science, or related disciplines
Programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, or related technologies
Understanding of software development fundamentals and data structures
Ability to read and communicate in English in a global work environment
Experience or coursework in one or more of the following areas:
Generative AI
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Machine Learning
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Agents
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
