Key responsibilities & impact

Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability
Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality
Can support and provide technical solution based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business task

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understand basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drive fundamental
Well engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology
Data Analytics to support Global trends
Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C
