- Communicating with subject matter experts at all Seagate worldwide sites
- Evaluating new trends in cybersecurity and emerging algorithms and protocols
- Developing and analyzing new security technology
- Providing guidance for future Seagate products
- Producing technical reports, filing patents, and presenting results
- Contributing to advanced research efforts in data security and secure computation

Requirements
- Research/Publication record in cryptography, systems security, or a related field is a plus
- Programming experience (e.g., Rust, C/C++, Python)
- PhD or equivalent education and experience in the field of Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
