About the role

  • Maintain, develop and validate adhesive dispensing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, equipment, and manufacturing engineers) to ensure smooth integration of automation into production
  • Lead equipment selection, installation, and commissioning of automation tools
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for automated systems
  • Monitor and optimize current processes for yield, throughput, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reduce defects
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including process recipes, work instructions, and reports
  • Support new product introduction and technology transfer from R&D to production
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree , Mechanical, Electrical, Physic Science, Chemical Engineering or related field, material Science
  • Experience with Pick & Place systems, Chemical or sticky tape
  • Knowledge of adhesive dispensing systems and material handling automation
  • Experience in process development and improvement using LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel)
  • New graduates with strong automation project experience are welcome
  • Fluency in English communication, both spoken and written
  • Good presentation skill in Thai, English language
  • Good computer skill MS office, auto cad, solid work, jump or other job-related software
