About the role

  • Develop CEO/C-suite messaging frameworks, storylines, and key messages
  • Write and edit speeches, remarks, op-eds/LinkedIn drafts, scripts, executive emails, and employee-facing messages
  • Plan and deliver a cohesive rhythm of leadership communications
  • Create and refine executive decks and narratives for various audiences
  • Support preparation for interviews, panels, and conferences
  • Draft time-sensitive executive communications for high-stakes situations

Requirements

  • Career experience in executive communications, corporate communications, journalism, or speechwriting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field; advanced degree a plus or equivalent experience
  • Strong planning, version control, and editorial rigor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Writing samples required
