About the role
- Develop CEO/C-suite messaging frameworks, storylines, and key messages
- Write and edit speeches, remarks, op-eds/LinkedIn drafts, scripts, executive emails, and employee-facing messages
- Plan and deliver a cohesive rhythm of leadership communications
- Create and refine executive decks and narratives for various audiences
- Support preparation for interviews, panels, and conferences
- Draft time-sensitive executive communications for high-stakes situations
Requirements
- Career experience in executive communications, corporate communications, journalism, or speechwriting
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field; advanced degree a plus or equivalent experience
- Strong planning, version control, and editorial rigor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Writing samples required
