About the role

  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to the manager.
  • Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams on investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including required documentation.
  • Support technology and process transfer from Process Technology Development teams (USA/Thailand).
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to contribute positively to team, department, and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in cleanroom process engineering, especially involving vacuum technologies, is a strong advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Open‑minded with a positive attitude.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good presentation skills.
