About the role

  • This is a role within the Total Rewards Services (TRS) team that sits in Global Total Rewards function.
  • The team works closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) such as Global Compensation, Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Global Benefits to provide operational and analytical support for various programs and ad hoc projects.
  • A specialist member of the Market Intelligence team that ensures Seagate’s competitiveness and provides stakeholders with the support to attract, retain and grow talents.
  • Participate in various global and local rewards survey submission, report extraction and data analysis.
  • Provide operational support for various Global Total Rewards programs through policy governance, ensure adherence to project specifications, data collection and data analytics.
  • Responsible for annual job benchmarking and providing support for the annual market pricing, pay planning and annual salary increase process.
  • Responsible for developing the job description database, participating in the development and maintenance of career level structure, job titling structure and thus ensuring a competitive benchmarking of Seagate jobs to the relevant markets.

Requirements

  • Desired University degree or similar relevant qualifications.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR.
  • In depth generic HR knowledge
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Possess a keen attention to details and ability to pick up data trends
  • Some experience in HRIS
