About the role

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Photo, Plate, and Test equipment in wafer fabrication.
  • Possess knowledge of electronic circuits, PLCs, and robotics, with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Follow and complete preventive maintenance (PM) instructions accurately.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in accordance with company standards to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Administer training programs to ensure proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures are followed.
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, understanding the implications of work and making recommendations for solutions.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel as needed.
  • Complete tasks in creative and effective ways.
  • Be available to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with relevant software and hardware systems
  • 2–4 years of related experience in the equipment maintenance field
  • Relevant military experience
