About the role
- Provide engineering support to production line by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure and documentation
- Monitor any variables within the process and make the adjustments when required
- Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems
- Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breaks down
- Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down
- Conduct or assist the process engineer in carrying out experiments with the objectives of process improvement
- Continuous improvement on OEE
- Training and certification for MS and new EA personnel
- Assist in Audit preparation
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude
- Team player with good problem-solving skill
- Willing to work in clean room environment
- Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) night shift pattern
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Possess of Sputter knowledge will be an added advantage
