About the role
- Support and maintain processes for our latest designs during off-shift hours.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of cleanroom technologies, with opportunities to develop expertise in areas such as deposition, etch, chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), and photolithography.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address operational issues, optimize wafer flows, and reduce cycle time and scrap.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers and specialists from diverse technical backgrounds.
- Investigate root causes of process failures, coordinate experiments, and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Engage in hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of process issues with frequent presence on the factory floor.
Requirements
- Exposure to semiconductor processes such as lithography, etch, plating, film deposition or metrology
- Familiarity with coding or scripting for data analysis and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics or related field
