About the role
- identify and lead projects to drive improvements across the site
- use strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills to reduce manufacturing cycle time
- enable efficiency improvements and improve factory cleanliness
- collect and analyze cycle time data
- identify critical projects for the department
- build a cross-functional team for each project
- implement solutions in a timely manner
- present findings and solutions to Management
- lead several projects in parallel
Requirements
- Strong data processing and visualization skills (MS Excel, JMP, etc.)
- Creative problem solving
- Working across department to solve complex problems
- BS or higher with an engineering or science major
- 5+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
