About the role
- Support the PR team in building Seagate’s brand visibility in India and IMETA
- Assist with media relations, prepare communication materials, and learn technology storytelling
- Help prepare press releases, pitches, and media kits
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports for the PR team
- Support the organization of media events and press conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging
- Conduct research on industry trends and media outlets in India
- Maintain databases of media contacts and coverage
- Shadow and support executive spokespersons during media interactions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for media coverage
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Multilingual abilities (English and Middle Eastern languages/dialects) are a plus
