Reservations Agent – PT
Seabrook, WAReservations Agent at Seabrook Hospitality helping guests book vacation rentals. Fully remote position for Washington State residents with a focus on exceptional customer service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Assist guests by booking reservations, answering questions about potential or existing reservations, and assisting with additional guest needs.
- Promptly follow up with guest inquiries and leads to secure bookings.
- Deliver the highest standard of service to all guests.
- Assist with concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area, including restaurants, entertainment, special events, and general directions.
- Provide general information to guests on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain potential and current guest profile information.
- Meeting all the companys provided quality assurance standards.
- Selling and building great guest experiences, including making recommendations and providing upsell options.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality are a plus.
- Previous guest service experience or experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Experience handling inbound and/or outbound sales calls preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Outlook; strong keyboarding and 10-key skills required.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must reside in Washington State at the time of hire and maintain Washington residency throughout employment.
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
