About the role

  • Lead design across SEO Solutions area.
  • Define product design vision and scale a strong team.
  • Collaborate with design team to oversee SEO & AI Search needs.
  • Partner with PMs/EMs to shape solutions grounded in product metrics.
  • Combine strategic ownership, team leadership, and strong hands-on product design capability.
  • Define and drive the design vision across products.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS product environments.
  • Several years of experience managing and growing product designers.
  • A track record of shipping complex, data-heavy products (SEO platforms, tax management tools, investment platforms, analytics systems, etc.).
  • Strong UX and systems thinking — the ability to simplify complexity at scale.
  • Experience evolving or scaling a design system in a growing product organization.
  • Ability to connect design decisions to measurable product outcomes.
  • Confidence working closely with Engineering and Product in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent spoken English (Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, but not required).
